My clients feel more confident about speaking, whether it’s on a conference stage or delivering a 30-second pitch, and even learn to enjoy it! 

Alternatively, I will represent your business when you need a stand-in for speeches, presentations or exhibitions.

I describe myself a an old-age Confidence Coach. 

I’m not about any new-age stuff. Nothing mystical. It’s all just 100% practical tips and tricks, from my long life of personal experience, to make you feel relaxed, settled and confident about giving a speech or presentation that will work for anyone. Not new-age but old-age.

1-1 sessions can be delivered online or in person and last 30 minutes. I recommend a series of 4 sessions.

Group Workshops are best delivered in person and last around 2 hours, more or less, depending on numbers.

Confidence Coaching: Business Networking Skills

For many people, the thought of walking into a room full of strangers and promoting their (or their employer’s) business can be terrifying.

I know; it used to terrify me.

Conversely, some people treat business networking meetings as an opportunity to unleash the hard sell on people they’ve never met before. This approach is rarely successful and can actually alienate potential customers.  

I build quiet confidence with my clients. We develop a detailed strategy together, from  how to make a lasting impression without being the most extroverted person in the room,  the psychology behind making meaningful connections, and the pragmatic steps to take before, during and after each event.

I have 30+ years’ experience of speaking in public. I started off terrified of opening my mouth in front of people I didn’t know, so I appreciate just how daunting it can be.
